17.03.2025: राज्यपालांनी दापोली येथील डॉ बाळासाहेब सावंत कोकण कृषी विद्यापीठाच्या कामकाजाचा आढावा घेतला

17.03.2025: राज्यपाल तथा कुलपती सी पी राधाकृष्णन यांनी दापोली येथील डॉ बाळासाहेब सावंत कोकण कृषी विद्यापीठाच्या कामकाजाचा आढावा घेतला. कुलगुरु डॉ संजय भावे यांनी राज्यपालांपुढे विद्यापीठाचे विस्तृत सादरीकरण केले. विद्यापीठाच्या तीन वर्षातील शिक्षण, संशोधन व विस्तार सेवा क्षेत्रातील उपलब्धी, ठाणे जिल्ह्यात शहरी शेतीला चालना, संशोधनाच्या माध्यमातून आत्मनिर्भरता, पशुधन विकास व मत्स्य पालन, शेतकऱ्यांचे समुपदेशन, नाविन्यपूर्ण विस्तार कार्यक्रम, उद्योग जगताशी सहकार्य, राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरणाची अंमलबजावणी, अंतर्वासिता कार्यक्रम, आदिवासी विद्यार्थ्यांचे उच्च शिक्षणातील प्रमाण वाढवणे, वसतिगृह सुविधा, आदी विषयांवर यावेळी सविस्तर चर्चा झाली. सादरीकरणाच्या वेळी विद्यापीठाचे कुलसचिव डॉ पी सी हालदवणेकर व इतर अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

17.03.2025: Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of Universities C. P. Radhakrishnan reviewed a presentation on the Dr Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay Bhave made a presentation before the Governor. University Registrar Dr. P. C. Haldavnekar and other officers were present during the presentation. Achievements of the university in the field of education, research and extension services during the last three years, promotion of Urban Agriculture in Thane district, self reliance through research, livestock development and fisheries, counseling of farmers, innovative extension programmes, collaboration with industry, implementation of NEP 2020, Internship programme, increasing the proportion of tribal students in higher education, hostel facilities, etc. were discussed during the presentation.
