28.07.2026: राज्यपालांच्या उपस्थ‍ितीत महाराष्ट्र आरोग्य विज्ञान विद्यापीठाचा दीक्षांत समारंभ सपंन्न

28.07.2026: The Governor of Maharashtra and Chancellor of universities Jishnu Dev Varma presided over the 25th Convocation of the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) at Nashik. Minister for Food and Drug Administration Narhari Zirwal; President of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur, Dr. Anant Pandhare; Vice-Chancellor of MUHS Prof. Sanjeev Sonawane; Secretary to the Governor, Dr. Prashant Narnaware; Registrar of the University, Dr. Rajendra Bangal; Controller of Examinations, Dr. Sandeep Kadu; and other dignitaries were present. Honorary Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) was conferred upon Dr. Sadanand Sardeshmukh in recognition of his distinguished service. Degrees were awarded to 12,263 graduates from various faculties of the University. In addition, 20 scholars were conferred the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree, while 99 students from different faculties were honoured with 146 gold medals and certificates for their outstanding academic achievements.
