01.05.2025: राज्यपालांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीत महाराष्ट्र व गुजरात या राज्यांचा राज्य स्थापना दिवस राजभवन मुंबई येथे साजरा

01.05.2025: महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल आणि विद्यापीठांचे कुलपती सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन यांच्या उपस्थितीत महाराष्ट्र तसेच गुजरात या राज्यांचा राज्य स्थापना दिवस राजभवन मुंबई येथे साजरा करण्यात आला. सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठ तसेच बृहन्मुंबई महानगर पालिकेच्या संगीत विभागाच्या सहकार्याने 'एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत' उपक्रमाचा भाग म्हणून राज्य स्थापना दिवसाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले. यावेळी विद्यापीठाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी कोळी नृत्य, वाघ्या मुरळी व दिंडी ही लोकनृत्ये सादर केली तर महापालिकेच्या संगीत विभागातील कलाकारांनी पोवाडा सादर केला. विद्यापीठाच्या विद्यार्थिनींनी गुजरातचे तिप्पाणी लोकनृत्य सादर केले तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांनी 'जय जय गरवी गुजरात' हे राज्यगीत देखील सादर केले. याप्रसंगी दोन्ही राज्यांचा इतिहास, वारसा, लोककला व संस्कृती दर्शविणारे लघुपट दाखवण्यात आले. कार्यक्रमाला सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विद्यापीठाचे कुलगुरु डॉ सुरेश गोसावी, राज्यपालांचे सचिव डॉ. प्रशांत नारनवरे, विद्यापीठाचे प्रकुलगुरु डॉ पराग केळकर, राज्यपालांचे उपसचिव एस राममूर्ती तसेच विद्यापीठाचे व्यवस्थापन समिती सदस्य, कला दिग्दर्शक आणि विद्यार्थी उपस्थित होते. राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते यावेळी कुलगुरु डॉ सुरेश गोसावी यांचा सत्कार करण्यात आला तर विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रमाणपत्रे देण्यात आली. राज्यपालांचे सचिव डॉ. प्रशांत नारनवरे यांनी स्वागतपर भाषण केले तर अवर सचिव (शिक्षण) विकास कुलकर्णी यांनी आभार मानले.

01.05.2025: The State Foundation Days of Maharashtra and Gujarat were jointly celebrated in the presence of Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of Universities C. P. Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The programme was organised as part of 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' initiative by Maharashtra Raj Bhavan in association with the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and the Music Department of BMC. SPPU students performed traditional folk dances like Koli, Waghya Murali, and Dindi, while artists from the BMC's music department presented a Powada. Girl students of the University also performed the traditional Gujarati Tippani dance. The university students sang the Gujarat state song, "Jay Jay Garvi Gujarat." Short films showcasing the history, heritage, folk art, and culture of both states were screened during the event. Vice-Chancellor of SPPU Dr. Suresh Gosavi, Secretary to the Governor Dr. Prashant Narnavare, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr. Parag Kelkar, Deputy Secretary to the Governor S. Ramamoorthy, management committee members, cultural coordinators and students were present. The Governor felicitated Vice-Chancellor Dr. Suresh Gosavi and presented certificates to the participating students. Secretary to the Governor Dr. Prashant Narnavare delivered the welcome speech, while Under Secretary (Education) Vikas Kulkarni proposed the vote of thanks.
