    Governor presides over the Convocation ceremony of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) through online mode

    Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of universities Ramesh Bais presided over the 23rd Annual Convocation ceremony of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) through online mode.

    The Governor launched ‘E- Prabodhini: Learning Management System’ through online mode. Dr Christopher D’Souza was awarded D Litt. for his outstanding contribution in the field of health care.

    The Governor released the textbook ‘Blueprint of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)’ on this occasion. Pro Chancellor of MUHS and Minister of Medical Education Hasan Mushrif, Principal Secretary Medical Education Dinesh Waghmare, Vice Chancellor of KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research Belgaum Dr. Nitin Gangane, Vice Chancellor of MUHS Lt. Gen. (Rtd.) Dr. Madhuri Kanitkar and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Milind Nikumb were present at the Convocation Ceremony held in the University premises at Nashik.

    Degrees were awarded to 10302 graduates during the convocation ceremony. A total of 26 candidates were awarded PhD while 111 meritorious graduates were awarded gold medals and certificates.
