18.03.2024: Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais released the book ‘Rang Manch’ authored by senior journalist and theatre activist Girija Shankar at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The book is a compilation of various columns on theatre and theater personalities in India written by Girija Shankar and published by ‘Naya India’. Former Director of National School of Drama Waman Kendra, art director Jayant Deshmukh, theater personalities Om Katare, Akhilendra Mishra and Durga Jasraj were present.
