Radhakrishnan had interactive meetings with people's representatives, local leaders of various political parties, media, industry, professionals, Members of IMA, Red Cross, Environment organisations and persons from various walks of life during his visit to Wardha. A presentation was made by the District administration on the occasion. District Collector Rahul Kardile, CEO ZP Jitin Rahman, SP Anurag Jain and senior government officials were present. Former MP Ramdas Tadas, MLA Dr Pankaj Bhoyar, MLA Dadarao Keche, former MLAs Saroj Kashikar and Raju Timande, Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Hindi University Dr K K Singh, were among those who met the Governor.

    02.10.2024: Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of state universities C. P. Radhakrishnan presided over the 11th and 12th Convocation of Gondwana University and presented degrees to graduating students at Gadchiroli. The Governor awarded Honorary D. Litt. to Minister of Forests, Cultural Affairs and Fisheries Sudhir Mungantiwar. Gold Medals, Certificates and Ph.Ds were awarded to meritorious candidates. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Prashant Bokare, Pro- VC Shriram Kavale, Registrar Dr. Anil Hirekhan, Member of the Management Council, Deans of various faculties and students were present.
