    20.03.2025: Maharashtra Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan presented the various Annual Awards of the Mumbai Cricket Association at MCA Club ground in BKC Mumbai. The Governor felicitated the family members of the late cricketer Padmakar Shivalkar on the occasion. The Ranji Trophy Championship winning team for 2023 and the Senior Women's T20 winning team were also felicitated by the Governor. The Governor presented the Lifetime Achievement Awards to MIG Club founder Pravin Barve, former cricketer Diana Edulji and former cricket administrator Prof. Ratnakar Shetty on the occasion. The fourth recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award Dilip Vengsarkar could not remain present. The Governor felicitated representatives of the Victory Cricket Club, organisers of Police Shield, Vasai Colts Inter School Tournament organisers, Karnataka Sporting Association, Bombay Gymkhana, Mumbai School Sports Association, Dadar Parsi Zoroastrian Cricket Club and sports veterans on the occasion. Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs Ashish Shelar, President of Mumbai Cricket Association Ajinkya Naik, Milind Narvekar, present and former cricketers and administrators were present.
