Governor Koshyari congratulates Amitabh Bachchan on Dadasaheb Phalke Award

The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari has congratulated Indian film superstar Amitabh Bachchan for being selected for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. In a congratulatory message, the Governor has said:

“I was extremely delighted to know that the Maha Nayak of Indian Cinema Shri Amitabh Bachchan Ji has been selected for the most prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Amitabh Ji, has entertained the nation and the world at large for more than four decades. He has lent his strong voice to numerous social causes. His passion and dedication for work remains unabated. Maharashtra has been the ‘Karmabhumi’ of Shri Amitabh Bachchan and therefore the people of Maharashtra are gladdened by the honour for him.
