07.12.2022 : Governor Koshyari inaugurates Armed Forces Flag Day in Mumbai

07.12.2022 : Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari inaugurated the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund Collection Drive jointly organised by Mumbai City and Suburban districts on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai. Lt Gen H S Kahlon, GOC, Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat Area, Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, Air Vice Marshal Rajat Mohan, Principal Secretary, Government of Maharashtra Seema Vyas, District Collectors of the 2 districts,officers of Sainik Welfare deptt and representatives of various organizations contributing to the Flag Fund were present on the occasion. The Governor felicitated representatives of various donor organizations on this occasion. The Governor released the book 'Maharathi Maharashtrache' by Dilip Gupte on the occasion. EkIndia Rings were presented to the family members of the martyrs on the occasion.

07.12.2022 : सशस्त्र सेना ध्वज दिनाचे औचित्य साधून मुंबई शहर व मुंबई उपनगर जिल्ह्यांच्या वतीने आयोजित सशस्त्र सेना ध्वज निधी संकलन मोहिमेचा शुभारंभ राज्यपाल भगतसिंह कोश्यारी यांच्या हस्ते आज राजभवन येथे करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमाला स्थलसेनेच्या महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात व गोवा विभागाचे प्रमुख अधिकारी ले. जन. एच. एस. कहलों, नौसेनेच्या पश्चिम विभागाचे मुख्य अधिकारी व्हाईस ॲडमिरल कृष्णा स्वामीनाथन, एअर ऑफीसर कमाडींग हेड क्वाटर मरिटाईम एअर ऑपरेशन रजत मोहन, सामान्य प्रशासन विभागाच्या प्रधान सचिव सीमा व्यास, दोन्ही जिल्हयांचे जिल्हाधिकारी तसेच ध्वज निधीला योगदान देणार्या संस्थांचे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते. यावेळी सन २०२१-२२ या वर्षात निधी संकलनात उत्कृष्ट योगदान देणाऱ्या संस्था व व्यक्तींचा राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते सत्कार करण्यात आला. विविध संस्थांनी यावेळी ध्वजनिधीला आपले योगदान दिले.
