02.03.2021 : Governor presides over 26th Convocation of Yashwantrao Chavan Open University

02.03.2021 : Governor in his capacity as Chancellor of universities presided over the 26th Convocation of the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) from a digital platform. Minister of Urban Development and Public Works Undertaking Eknath Shinde, who was a student of YCMOU was conferred a degree at the Convocation. Gold medals were awarded to 25 students and 81 prizes were given away at the Convocation. Degrees, Post Graduate Degrees, Diplomas, M.Phil. and Ph.Ds were awarded to 293852 candidates for two years 2019 and 2020.

02.03.2021 : यशवंतराव चव्हाण महाराष्ट्र मुक्त विद्यापीठाचा २६ वा दीक्षांत समारंभ राज्यपाल तथा कुलपती भगतसिंह कोश्यारी यांच्या दूरस्थ उपस्थितीत मंगळवारी (दि. २ मार्च) संपन्न झाला. दीक्षांत समारोहात राज्याचे नगर विकास व सार्वजनिक बांधकाम (सार्वजनिक उपक्रम) मंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांना आभासी पद्धतीने पदवी प्रदान करण्यात आली. दीक्षांत समारोहात २५ विद्यार्थ्यांना सुवर्ण पदके व ८१ बक्षिसे व २०१९ व २०२० या दोन वर्षांच्या मिळून २,९३,८५२ पदव्या प्रदान करण्यात आल्या.
