Maharashtra Governor presides over the 37th Convocation of Mahatma Phule Agricultural University

Confers Honorary Doctor of Science on Minister Vikhe Patil, Rajendra Barwale and Vilas Shinde

Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of state universities Ramesh Bais presided over the 37th convocation of Mahatma Phule Agricultural University Rahuri through online mode.

Former Director General of Indian Council of Agricultural Research Dr. Rajendra Singh Paroda, Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Phule Agricultural University Dr. Prashant Kumar Patil and vice chancellors of various agricultural universities attended the convocation ceremony. The message of State Agriculture Minister and Pro Chancellor of the University Dhananjay Munde was read out by the vice chancellor on the occasion.

Honorary degree of ‘Doctor of Science’ was awarded to State Revenue Minister and Guardian Minister of Ahmednagar Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Mahyco Chairman Rajendra Barwale and CMD of Sahyadri Farms Vilas Shinde. Degrees and Diplomas were awarded to 6895 graduating students.
