Governor reads out Preamble on Constitution Day

The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari read out the preamble of the Constitution of India along with the staff and officers of Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Thursday (26th Nov.)

Officers and staff reiterated the resolve of the nation to constitute India into a Sovereign Socialist Secular and Democratic Republic on the occasion.
