26.01.2025: The Governor of Maharashtra C. P. Radhakrishnan unfurled the National Flag and delivered his Republic Day Message to the people on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day at Shivaji Park in Mumbai. At the State programme attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Governor inspected the ceremonial parade, took salute from the marching contingent and addressed the citizens. Spouse of the Governor Sumathi Radhakrishnan, South Australia State's Minister for trade and investment Joe Szakacs MP, Chairman of Maharashtra Legislative Council Prof Ram Shinde, Minister of Skill Development Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Chief Secretary Sujata Saunik, State DGP Rashmi Shukla, members of the diplomatic community and senior government officers were present.

The Governor of Maharashtra C. P. Radhakrishnan unfurled the National Flag and delivered his Republic Day Message to the people on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day at Shivaji Park in Mumbai on Sunday ( 26th Jan.)

At the State programme attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Governor inspected the ceremonial parade, took salute from the marching contingent and addressed the citizens. Additional Chief Secretary Manisha Mhaiskar read out the Marathi translation of the Governor’s Republic Day Message.

Spouse of the Governor Sumathi Radhakrishnan, South Australia State’s Minister for trade and investment Joe Szakacs MP, Chairman of Maharashtra Legislative Council Prof Ram Shinde, Minister of Skill Development Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Chief Secretary Sujata Saunik, State DGP Rashmi Shukla, members of the diplomatic community and senior government officers and retired officers of the Armed Forces, Civil administration and Police were present.

The Governor exchanged Republic Day greetings with the invitees on the occasion.

This year’ parade included floats from various departments.
