Raj Bhavan pays tributes to Indira Gandhi on birth anniversary

The 106th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India late Indira Gandhi was observed as National Integration Day at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Sunday (19th Nov).

Secretary to the Governor (Addl Charge) Shweta Singhal offered floral tributes to the portrait of Indira Gandhi on the occasion. The ‘National Integration Pledge’ was read out to the staff and officers of Raj Bhavan on the occasion.

Officers and staff reaffirmed their resolve ‘to preserve and strengthen the freedom and integrity of the nation and to continue to endeavor towards settlement of all differences relating to religion, language or region by constitutional means’.

Comptroller of Governor’s Household Arun Anandkar and other officers and staff were present.
