Governor visited the District General Hospital at Bhandara

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari today visited the District General Hospital at Bhandara and directed the administration to take adequate measures to avoid recurrence of incidents like the recent fire at the Infant Care Unit.

The Governor announced an assistance of Rs.2 lakh to the families of all children who lost their lives in the incident from his discretionary grant. Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Nana Patole, MP Sunil Mendhe, people’s representatives and officials were present.
