Governor addresses the joint session of the legislature

The budget session of Maharashtra State Legislature started with the address by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari to the joint session of the legislature. The Governor was given a Guard of Honour on his arrival in Vidhan Bhavan. Chairman of Maharashtra Legislative Council Ramraje Naik Nimbalkar and Deputy Speaker of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Narhari Zirwal received the Governor.
