Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan offered the floral tributes to the portrait of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister of India at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Thursday (14 Nov)
