Governor Koshyari greets people on Buddha Pournima

The Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari has greeted the people on the occasion of Buddha Pournima. In his message, the Governor has said:

“The teachings of Bhagwan Buddha such non-violence, peace, compassion and service to humanity have shaped the thinking and outlook of several generations of people of India. At a time when the world is passing through the challenging situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the teaching of Bhagwan Buddha of greater social good is ever so relevant. May our country become Corona – free soon. I extend my heartiest greetings and good wishes to the people on the auspicious occasion of Buddha Pournima.”
