Speech- 21.03.2026: Vice President of India presides over the Convocation of Ratan Tata Maharashtra State Skills University

21.03.2026: Vice President of India C P Radhakrishnan presided over the first Convocation of the Ratan Tata Maharashtra State Skills University at Lok Bhavan Mumbai. Governor of Maharashtra Jishnu Dev Varma, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar, Minister of Skill Development Mangal prabhat Lodha, Chief Secretary Rajesh Aggarwal, ACS Skill Development Manisha Varma and Vice CHancellor of RTMSSU Prof Apoorva Palkar were present. The Vice President presented the Best ITI awards to the Industrial Training Institutes in Latur, Aheri and Sambhajinagar and presented Gold Medals to 6 graduating students of the University. The Vice President also inaugurated an Exhibition organised by the University. The ‘Say No To Drugs’ Campaign was launched on the occasion.
