31.07.2026: Governor launches Registration for Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027

31.07.2026: The registration process for the Tata Mumbai Marathon, scheduled to be held on 17 January 2027, was formally launched by State Governor Jishnu Dev Varma in Mumbai. Congratulating the organisers, the Governor noted that the Mumbai Marathon has become the world’s largest inclusive marathon in terms of participant numbers. He also expressed satisfaction that the marathon has been instrumental in promoting various social initiatives. Vice Admiral Sanjay Vatsayan, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Naval Command; Lt Gen D. S. Kushwah, GOC, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa Area; MD of Procam International Anil Singh; Joint Director Vivek Singh; and representatives of the marathon’s sponsoring organisations were present.
