29.04.2023: Governor inaugurates the ‘Eat Right Millet Mela’ and ‘Millet Food Hub’ and ‘Walkathon’

29.04.2023: Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais inaugurated the ‘Eat Right Millet Mela’ and ‘Millet Food Hub’ and ‘Walkathon’ on the occasion of International Millet Year at Thane. The ‘Eat Right Millet Mela’ was organised by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India in association with ASSOCHAM, Thane Municipal Corporation and other organisations. The Governor visited the Millet product stalls and presented prizes for the various competitions organised by FSSAI. MLA Sanjay Kelkar, MLC Niranjan Davkhare, FDA Commissioner Abhimanyu Kale, Dist Collector Ashok Shingare and Regional Director of FSSAI Priti Chaudhari were present on the occasion.
