27.02.2025 : Governor witnessees a Marathi prose and poetry recitation and singing programme at Raj Bhavan Mumbai

27.02.2025 : Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan witnessed a Marathi prose and poetry recitation and singing programme organised on the occasion of ‘Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din’ at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The programme titled ‘Maay Lekare’ was organised by ‘Kalangan’ Charitable Trust. The programme consisting of emotional and heartfelt recitation and singing highlighted the profound relationship between mother and child. The programme was conceptualised and curated by Dr. Aruna Dhere. Veteran actor Dr. Girish Oak and Mrinal Kulkarni read the prose and poetry while founder of ‘Kalangan’ Chaitraly Abhyankar rendered the songs. Secretary to the Governor Dr Prashant Narnaware, Deputy Secretary S Ramamoorthy, compere Adv Amit Date, people from the field of art, music and literature were present.
