24.12.2021: Governor presents Mohammad Rafi Lifetime Award to Pt Hridaynath Mangeshkar

24.12.2021: Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the 13th Mohammad Rafi Lifetime Achievement Award to renowned music composer Pt Hridaynath Mangeshkar. The Governor also presented the Mohammad Rafi award to playback singer Kavita Krishanamurti. In absense of Kavita Krishnamurthi, the award was accepted by her husband and renowned violinist Dr L Subrahmaniam. The awards were presented on behalf of Spandan Arts.
