18.01.2025 : Governor presents ‘Change Maker Award’ to legendary lyricist Gulzar

18.01.2025 : Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan today presented the Change Maker Award to legendary lyricist Gulzar for his lifetime contribution to the field of literature and cinema. The award was presented to Gulzar at a programme organised by the Bhamla Foundation and Ravin Group to celebrate 75 years of the Republic at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. ‘Cotton Man of India’ Suresh Kotak, renowned science leader Dr R A Mashelkar, industrialist Nadir Godrej, CEO of NSE Ashish Kumar Chouhan, film stars Vivek Oberoi, Ajay Devgan and Jackie Shroff, Sajid Nadiadwala, Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Master Chef Vikas Khanna were also felicitated. Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale, Maharashtra Ministers Ashish Shelar and Pankaja Munde, former Union Minister Anurag Thakur, Chairman of Ravin Group Vijay Karia, Founder of Bhamla Foundation Asif Bhamla were among those present.
