13.09.2023 : Governor Ramesh Bais attended the discourse by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji, Spiritual head of Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur in Mumbai on the occasion of ‘Paryushan Mahaparva’. Governor Ramesh Bais was conferred the title of ‘Jain Dharma Hiteshi’ at the pious hands of Pujya Gurudevshri, for his role in protecting the Jain Tirth of Shri Samet Shikharji from becoming a tourist spot.
