09.06.2023 : Governor presides over ‘Industry Meet’ and MoU signing ceremony

09.06.2023 : Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais presided over an ‘Industry Meet’ and MoU signing ceremony organised by the Department of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at YASHADA in Pune. The Industry Meet and MoU exchange programme was organised as part of the initiative ‘Skill Centre at Your Doorsteps’. Memorandums of Understanding were inked by 141 Industry leaders and Placement Agencies with the Government for the creation of more than one lakh employment opportunities. The Governor also launched ‘Finishers’ Platform’ created by Maharashtra State Skills University that will be useful for upskilling and job posting. Minister of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Principal Secretary Manisha Verma, Commissioner Dr Ramaswamy N., Vice Chancellor of Maharashtra State Skills University Dr Apoorva Palkar, Chairman of Sakal Media Group Prataprao Pawar and others were present.
