04.11.2022 : The inter-State meeting between the border districts of Maharashtra and Karnataka, presided by Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot was held in Kolhapur. Various common issues between the border districts and areas of further enhancing cooperation were discussed. District officials from Maharashtra and Karnataka border districts were present.
