04.06.2023 : Governor felicitates Padma Awardees from Maharashtra

04.06.2023 : Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais felicitated the Padma Awardees from Maharashtra at a public felicitation held at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The felicitation was organised by the Vasantrao Naik Agricultural Research and Rural Development Foundation. Padmabhushan recipient Dr Deepak Dhar and Padmashri recipients Bhikuji Idate, Dr Parshuram Khune, Dr Gajanan Mane, Ramesh Patange and Guru Kalyanasundaram Pillai were felicitated. The felicitation for late Padmashri Rakesh Jhunjhunwala was accepted by his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala. Recipient of Pradhan Mantri National Bravery Award Rohan Ramchandra Bahir was also felicitated. MLC Neelay Naik, MLA Indranil Naik, Chairman of the Vasantrao Naik Foundation Rajendra Barwale, Executive President Avinash Naik, trustees Mushtaq Antulay, Deepak Patil and invitees were present.
