1.Yashwant Panchyat Raj Abhiyan Awards Presentiation
The Governor of Maharashtra CH Vidyasagar Rao will present the Yashwant Panchayat Raj Abhiyan awards to the best performing Gram Panchayats, Panchayat Samitis and Zilla Parishads in the State at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai at 1030 hrs on Friday, 26th October 2018. The awards function has been organised by the Rural Development Department.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Minister of Rural Development, Women & Child Welfare Pankaja Munde, Chief Secretary, D.K. Jain and others will remain present.

2. To attend Mushaira
The Governor will inaugurate a Mushaira organised under the aegis of Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India at Rang Sharda Auditorium Bandra, Mumbai at 1600 hrs on Friday, 26th October 2018. Union Minister of Minority Affiars, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and others will remain present

The Mushaira has been organised as part of the series ‘Hamari Dharohar’ to mark the yearlong celebrations of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
