The Governor felicitated the 'Change Icons' working in the areas of healthcare, education, skill development, improvement of Ashram Shalas and Water Conservation. Founder of the Govardhan Eco Village project Radhanath Swamy, Director of Agriculture and Rural Development of Govardhan Eco Village Sanat Kumar Das, Director of Strategy and Collaborations Guranga Das, Director of Govardhan Skills Centre Maithili Desai and Advisor of Social Impact projects Rama Singh were prominent among those present.
