Governor to inaugurate ‘ Mahalaxmi Saras’ exhibition

    The Governor of Maharashtra CH. Vidyasagar Rao will inaugurate ‘Mahalaxmi Saras-2019’ – an Exhibition-cum-Sale of products manufactured by Women’s Self Help Groups at MHADA Ground No. 1,4,5 and 6, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East) Mumbai at 11.00 AM on Wednesday, 23 January 2019.

    The Exhibition has been jointly organized by the Department of Rural Development of Government of Maharashtra and Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India.

    ‘Mahalaxmi Saras’ aims to provide market platform for the products of rural BPL Self Help Groups under National Rural Livelihood Mission.

    The Governor will also present the Rajmata Jijau Swavalamban puraskars on this occasion. The Exhibition will remain open from 22 January to 3 February 2019.

    Vinod Tawde, Minister, School Education, Pankaja Munde, Minister for Rural Development and Women & Child Development, and others will remain present.
