Governor releases magazine on obesity

The Governor of Maharashtra CH. Vidyasagar Rao released a special Diwali magazine brought out by Minister for Public Health and Family Welfare Dr Deepak Sawant at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Friday (16th Nov).

The magazine ‘Maharashtra Arogya Deep’ conceived by Dr. Deepak Sawant contains articles on obesity and lifestyle diseases by eminent doctors, surgeons and nutrition experts. According to the minister, copies of the magazine will be circulated free of cost.

Dr. Rekha Divekar, Dr. Jayashree Todkar, Dr. Ramakant Panda, Dr. Rekha Davar, Dr. Rujata Divekar, Dr. Jagannath Dixit, Dr Mufazzal Lakdawala and others has contributed their articles to the magazine.
