Governor pays respects to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj; visits Lalbaug Cha Raja

On his first day in office after taking oath as Governor on Thursday evening, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari today offered tribute at the feet of the equestrian statue of Shivaji Maharaj at Shivaji Park in Mumbai.

The Governor also visited the Ganesh Mandal at Lalbaug in Mumbai and had the Darshan of Lalbaug Cha Raja.
