Governor launches Registration for Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020

The Governor of Maharashtra CH. Vidyasagar Rao launched the Registration for the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2020 by signing the first Registration Form.

The Registration launch for the Mumbai Marathon was held at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Wednesday (24 July).

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said Mumbai Marathon had touched the lives of millions of people directly or indirectly. He said the Mumbai Marathon had created a level playing field for all and upheld the democratic and secular character of India.

Minister for Forest, Planning and Finance Sudhir Mungantiwar called for making the Mumbai Marathon a Green Marathon. Minister of School Education and Sports Ashish Shelar conveyed his best wishes for the success of the event.

MLA Raj Purohit, Deputy Mayor of Mumbai Hemangi Warlikar were prominent among those present.
