29.02.2024: A high level meeting between Heads of 14 Universities in the United States of America and Vice Chancellors of traditional state universities in Maharashtra was chaired by Maharashtra Governor and Chancellor of Universities Ramesh Bais at Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The meeting was organised by the Institute of International Education (IIE) to promote academic and research collaboration between the universities. U.S. Consulate General Mumbai Mike Hankey, Principal Secretary Higher and Technical Education Vikas Chandra Rastogi, Deputy Cultural Attache in US Consulate Sita Raiter, IIE Head Vivek Mansukhani, Co-President Jason Czyz and vice chancellors of selected traditional universities in Maharashtra were present.
