19.02.2023: Governor Ramesh Bais participated in the Shiv Jayanti celebrations organised by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) at Krida Bhavan and listened to the patriotic songs on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The musical programme was presented by the Sangeet Kala Academy of BMC. For the first time this year, the State song 'Jai Jai Maharashtra Majha' was sung along with the National Anthem. MLA Sadanand Sarvankar, Brihanmumbai Municipal Commissioner I S Chahal, Chairman of the Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Smarak Samiti Kisan Jadhav, Additional Municipal Commissioner P. Velarasu, officials and invitees were present.
