14.01.2025 : The 178th Saint Thyagaraja’s Aradhana festival was inaugurated by Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan at Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, Tamilnadu. President of the Governing Board G K Vasan MP, Thanjavur District Collector Priyanka Pankajam, Secretaries, Treasurer and Trustees of the Temple were present. Speaking on the occasion Governor Radhakrishnan paid rich tributes to Sri Thyagaraja Swamigal. He said Thyagaraja's devotion to Rama was unparalleled. He further said that the Saint lived a very spiritual and simple life right from his young age.
