12.05.2022 : Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari conferred the Doctor of Laws to Ustad Zakir Hussain at the University of Mumbai. Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant, Vice Chancellor of University of Mumbai Dr Suhas Pednekar, Pro Vice Chancellor Ravindra Kulkarni, renowned artists Vijay Ghate, Satyajit Talwalkar, Pt Vibhav Nageshkar, Rakesh Chaurasia and Shankar Mahadevan were among those present.
