08.01.2023 : Governor flags off Veterans’ Parade; greets War Veterans

08.01.2023 : Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari flagged off the 2nd edition of the Parade of Veterans of the Armed Forces from the promenade opposite NCPA, Nariman Point Mumbai. The Parade of Veterans was organised by the Navy Foundation, Mumbai Chapter in association with the HQ of Western Naval Command. The Governor greeted the War veterans, Veer Naris and Ex Servicemen from the armed forces and walked a few steps with them as an expression of solidarity with them. FOC in C, WNC Vice Admiral Ajendra Bahadur Singh, GOC in C, M,G & G Area Lt. Gen HS Kahlon, President of Navy Foundation Mumbai Chapter Cdr Vijay Vadhera were present.

08.01.2023 : राज्यपाल भगतसिंह कोश्यारी यांनी एनसीपीए मुंबई येथून सैन्य दलातील शौर्य पदांनी विभूषित अधिकारी व जवानांच्या वार्षिक संचलनाला - परेड ऑफ व्हेटरन्स - झेंडा दाखवून रवाना केले. राज्यपालांनी सुरुवातीला व्हीलचेअरमध्ये बसून आलेल्या वरिष्ठ सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक अधिकाऱ्यांची भेट घेतली तसेच माजी सैनिक, वीर नारी व त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांप्रती आपली कृतज्ञता व्यक्त केली. 'परेड ऑफ व्हेटरन्स'चे आयोजन नेव्ही फाउंडेशनच्या मुंबई शाखेने नेव्हीच्या पश्चिम विभागाच्या सहकार्याने करण्यात आले. नौदलाच्या पश्चिम विभागाचे मुख्य ध्वज अधिकारी व्हाईस ऍडमिरल अजेंद्र बहादूर सिंह, आर्मीच्या महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात व गोवा प्रभागाचे प्रमुख ले जन एच एस कहलों, नेव्ही फाउंडेशन, मुंबई विभागाचे अध्यक्ष कमांडर विजय वढेरा आदी उपस्थित होते.
