    07.08.2026: Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma was presented the first copy of the Hindi translated book 'Agnishikha Sushma Swaraj' at Lok Bhavan Mumbai. The book written originally in Marathi by Dr Medha Somaiya has been translated in Hindi by Amarjeet Mishra. Speaking on the occasion, the Governor described former Union Minister Sushma Swaraj as a multifaceted genius who left her distinct imprint on every position that she held in her long and illustrious political career. Former Union Minister Kirit Somaiya, Corporator Neil Somaiya, former Deputy Mayor of Mumbai Arun Deo and invitees from various walks of life were present.
