05.09.2025 : Justice Chandrashekhar sworn in as CJ of Bombay HC

05.09.2025 : Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Bombay Justice Shree Chandrashekhar was today sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court. Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office to Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar at a brief swearing-in ceremony held at Darbar Hall in Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The Governor presented a bouquet of flowers to the Chief Justice and congratulated him. The Chief Minister also congratulated the Chief Justice. Earlier Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar read out the Notification of Appointment of the Chief Justice issued by Government of India.

05.08.2025 : मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे प्रभारी मुख्य न्यायमूर्ती न्या. श्री चंद्रशेखर यांनी आज मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाच्या मुख्य न्यायमूर्ती पदाची शपथ घेतली. राजभवन येथे झालेल्या एका छोटेखानी शपथविधी समारंभामध्ये राज्यपाल सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन यांनी न्या. चंद्रशेखर यांना पदाची शपथ दिली. शपथ दिल्यानंतर राज्यपालांनी व त्यांच्यानंतर मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी न्या. चंद्रशेखर यांचे पुष्पगुच्छ देऊन अभिनंदन केले. शपथविधी सोहळ्याला विधानसभेचे अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर, कौशल्य विकास मंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा, राजशिष्टाचार मंत्री जयकुमार रावल, लोकायुक्त न्या. (नि.) विद्यासागर कानडे तसेच राजस्थान, झारखंड, दिल्ली, अलाहाबाद, कर्नाटक व मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयातील न्यायाधीश व सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश उपस्थित होते.
