04.05.2025 : Governor attends Cultural Meeting organized on the occasion of the Feast of St. George

04.05.2025 : In connection with the feast of St. George, a Cultural Meeting (Samskarika Samelanam) was held in presence of Maharashtra Governor C P Radhakrishnan at Puthuppally in Kerala. The Governor awarded the Order of St. George to H. G. Kuriakose Mar Clemis Senior Metropolitan of Malankara Orthodox Church for his public service. Earlier the Governo paid his homage to the former Chief Minister of Kerala Oommen Chandy. Rev. Fr. Dr. Varghese Varghese, Vicar of St. George Orthodox Church, Puthuppally, H.G. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros, Metropolitan of Kottayam Diocese, Francis George, Kottayam M.P, Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, Kottayam MLA and Chandy Oommen, Puthuppally MLA were present.

04.05.2025 : सेंट जॉर्जच्या फिस्टनिमित्त आयोजित सांस्कृतिक संमेलन महाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन यांच्या उपस्थितीत केरळमधील पुथुप्पल्ली येथे संपन्न झाले. या वेळी राज्यपालांनी मालंकारा ऑर्थोडॉक्स चर्चचे ज्येष्ठ मेट्रोपॉलिटन एच. जी. कुरियाकोज मार क्लेमीस यांना त्यांच्या समाजसेवेसाठी ‘ऑर्डर ऑफ सेंट जॉर्ज’ या सन्मानाने गौरवान्वित केले. यावेळी राज्यपालांनी केरळचे दिवंगत मुख्यमंत्री ओम्मन चंडी यांना श्रद्धांजली वाहिली. कार्यक्रमाला सेंट जॉर्ज ऑर्थोडॉक्स चर्च, पुथुप्पल्ली येथील व्हिकर रेव्ह. फादर डॉ. वर्गीज वर्गीज, कोट्टायम धर्मप्रांताचे मेट्रोपॉलिटन एच. जी. युहानोन मार डायास्कोरस, कोट्टायमचे खासदार फ्रान्सिस जॉर्ज, कोट्टायमचे आमदार थिरुवनचूर राधाकृष्णन आणि पुथुप्पल्लीचे आमदार चंडी ओम्मन हे उपस्थित होते.
