04.04.2024: President of India Droupadi Murmu arrived in Mumbai on a day's visit. Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais welcomed the President at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airport Mumbai. The President will be launching the NexCAR19, a fully integrated CAR - T cell therapy platform developed by IIT Bombay and Tata Memorial Centre at IIT Campus. The CAR-T cell therapy is a life saving therapy for the treatment of cancer.
