03.02.2020: Governor presents Golden & Silver Conch award at MIFF

03.02.2020: Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the top Golden Conch and Silver Conch Awards at the Concluding Ceremony of the 16th Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short fiction and Animation films in Mumbai. Best Documentary Film while celebrated Marathi film maker Nagraj Manjule’s ‘Paavsacha Nibandh’ (An Essay of Rain) received the Silver Conch for Best Short Fiction Film.
