02.05.2025 : Padma Awardees from the State Honored by Governor

02.05.2025 : Padma awardees and Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar awardees from the State were felicitated at the hands of Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan at a programme held Raj Bhavan Mumbai. The felicitation ceremony was organized by the Vasantrao Naik Foundation. Unmesh Joshi, the son of Padma Bhushan awardee former Chief Minister Manohar Joshi accepted the honour meant for his late father. The honour for Pankaj Udhas was accepted by the wife of the late playback singer. Calligrapher Achyut Palav and actor Ashok Saraf accepted the honour in person. The recipient of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar Kareena Thapa from Amravati was also honored by the Governor. Minister of State for Industries Indranil Naik, President of the Vasantrao Naik Foundation Rajendra Barwale, Working President Avinash Naik, former trustees Mushtaq Antulay, Anand Patwardhan and Anjali Naik Piramal were among those present.

02.05.2025 : प्रजासत्ताक दिनाच्या पूर्वसंध्येला जाहीर झालेल्या राज्यातील पद्म पुरस्कार व पंतप्रधान राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार विजेत्यांचा राज्यपाल सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन यांच्या हस्ते राजभवन येथे सत्कार करण्यात आला. वसंतराव नाईक प्रतिष्ठानच्या वतीने या अभिनंदन सोहळ्याचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते. दिवंगत माजी मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर जोशी व दिवंगत पार्श्वगायक पंकज उधास यांना मरणोपरांत पद्मभूषण जाहीर झाल्याबद्दल राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते त्यांच्या कुटुंबियांचा सत्कार करण्यात आला. उन्मेष जोशी यांनी मनोहर जोशी यांचे वतीने सन्मान स्वीकारला. सुलेखनकार अच्युत पालव व अभिनेते अशोक सराफ यांना देखील राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते सन्मानित करण्यात आले. पंतप्रधान राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार विजेती - अमरावतीची करिना थापा हिला देखील राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते सन्मानित करण्यात आले. कार्यक्रमाला राज्याचे उद्योग व सार्वजनिक बांधकाम राज्यमंत्री इंद्रनील नाईक, वसंतराव नाईक प्रतिष्ठानचे अध्यक्ष राजेंद्र बारवाले, प्रतिष्ठानचे कार्याध्यक्ष अविनाश नाईक, विश्वस्त मुश्ताक अंतुले, आनंद पटवर्धन व अंजली नाईक पिरामल उपस्थित होते.
