01.11. 2023: Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Formation Day Celebrations at Maharashtra Raj Bhavan

01.11. 2023: The State Formation day of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh was celebrated in Maharashtra Raj Bhavan in the presence of State Governor Ramesh Bais. The programme was organised as part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative of Government of India. A cultural programme comprising folk songs and dance from Chhattisgarh, Kabir Gayan (Malava style) by artists from Madhya Pradesh and Kuchipudi dance by Nadiya was presented. The Governor felicitated Telugu film star Suman Talwar, Director of Chitrotpala Lok Kala Parishad Rakesh Tiwari, M K Reddy of Telugu Kala Samiti and Kuchipudi dancer Nadiya. Special Secretary to the Governor Vipin Kumar Saxena, Secretary to the Governor (In Charge) Shweta Singhal, Comptroller of the Governor's Households Arun Anandkar, artists and invitees from Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh were present .
