Maharashtra Governor presents ‘Governor’s Citation’ to State NCC

Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais today presented the ‘Governor’s Citation’ to Maharashtra NCC Directorate for its record of winning the Prime Minister’s Banner on 23 occasions.

The Citation was presented by the Governor to the Additional Director General of NCC Maharashtra Maj Gen Yogender Singh, VSM at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Thursday (30 May).

Officers of the Armed Forces, Vice Chancellors of universities and NCC Cadets were present.
