Governor Koshyari presents 29th Rajbhasha Awards and In House magazine awards

Central Govt organisations, Banks, Undertakings receive top awards

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the 29th Rajbhasha awards and best In-House publication awards to selected Central Government organisations, Nationalised Banks, financial institutions and Public Sector undertakings at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai on Wednesday (29th Sept). The awards were presented on behalf of ‘Aashirwad’ a socio, cultural and literary organization.

Renowned actor and former Chairman of Sangit Natak Academy Shekhar Sen and lyricist Samir Anjaan were given the Hindi Sevi Ratna Awards at the hands of the Governor.

Western Railway, State Bank of India, IIT Bombay, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, LIC of India, Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, Hindustan Petroleum, Cotton Corporation of India received the top awards. House Magazines of Western Railway, IDBI and NABARD also received top awards in the In house magazine category.

General Manager of Western Railway Alok Kansal, Chairman of Aashir wad Brajmohan Agarwal, founder Dr Umakant Bajpai, Trustee Nita Bajpai, Dr Anant Shrimali and others were present.
