Governor flagged off the Sudarshan Bharat Parikrama at Gateway of India

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari flagged off the Sudarshan Bharat Parikrama (NSG Black Cat Car Rally) as part of the celebrations of 75 years of Independence at Gateway of India in Mumbai.

The Parikrama was flagged off from New Delhi on 2 October and will reach National Police Memorial, New Delhi on 30 October covering a distance of 7500 kms.

Sports persons in the Armed Forces including Karnam Malleshwari, Dr Deepa Malik and others were felicitated on the occasion.

Abhishek Trivedi, IPS, Inspector General of NSG, Colonel Umedsingh Rathod, Colonel Nitesh Kumar and Soldiers of NSG were present.
