Governor inaugurates National Conclave on Capacity Building of Teachers

Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Vama today inaugurated the National Conclave on Capacity Building of Teachers and Other Stakeholders in Education through online mode. The 2 – day Conclave has been organized by the Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT) in collaboration with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in Pune.

Vice Chancellor of SNDT Women’s University Prof Ujwala Chakradeo, Chairman of Deccan Education Society Dr. Sharad Kunte, Programme Coordinator NCTE D. K. Chaturvedi, Director of Higher Education Shailendra Deolankar, Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Vikas Gupta, Registrar of SNDT Women’s University Prof Vilas Nandwadekar were among those present.

Video messages of Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan and Chairperson of NCTE Prof Pankaj Arora were shown on the occasion.
